Training Defence Tackling x2 Intercepting Passes x2 Man-to-Man marking x2 Clearance x2 Running x2 Midfield In-depth Passes x2 Ball Control x2 Dribbling x2 Corner Kicks x2 Attackers Corner Kicks x2 Attacking Headers x2 Dribbling x2 Shot on Goal x2 Penalty Taking x2 Then you choose how to set them in the week. Maybe after every week you change position, e.g if you train Defence this week then next 7days is for middle. Hope that's clear. |

Pick one position in juniors and hire 85prog or better players, train them for 4 seasons, keep the best for your tean and sell the rest for profit. Either train the same thing in seniors and buy all the other needed positions or train something diffeent in seniors but again only one position. Otherwise, your players will all be behind everyone else. |
