Okay. At the moment they are 43-57 prog and all my youth team are currently 46 to 51 AV and have put all them on auction so I can promote the school players who will train better than my current youth players who all have 1-2 seasons left in the youth league so should I just keep my youths, promote them when they are ready then sell them to upgrade my schools? Or sell the youths and promote schools then sell them once they have trained a bit? I'm not rushing to get out of Div 6 till my team is strong and have a good financial situation. |

Or sell the youths and promote schools then sell them once they have trained a bit? no, leave them in the youth squad and sell them as juniors. the other thing you can do is to go to the junior market and buy 70+ prog players for cheap. set a limit and bid up to that amount, and dont waste money. keep trying and you will find some success. this is what i did when i first started, i would only spend up to 1m on a junior and i bid on any junior that was over 80 prog. pretty quickly i filled up my junior team with 80 prog players and began training them and selling them off later. i didn't win every auction, i lost a lot because i wouldn't go over my limit. but i saved a lot of money. |

no, what you do is you go to market, click on any junior that has prog ## in his name, and check his prog/fc. any manager can do this if the seller leaves it visible. | 15/11/2016 21:59 |

All the same. I dont still get the not wasting time for players below 70 prog. Its not like they don't bring income. |

I have a squad of youths that are rated 43-50 AV with low Prog, and I am struggling to sell them. A few that I have promoted from my schools with around 50 prog didn't train that fast. So my advice is to spend what income you have to upgrade your schools to excellent which will improve your prog Thanks @lifeguard. Been a good help but for aa manager in div 4-6 what are the best 3 schools to get? I have made a mistake building one in Angola and have built 1in the Ivory coast. Soon as I have the funds IC will be upgraded to Excellent. |
