I can understand that a game has rules. But really? Public is not the place? Public is the only place actually, especially in a game that has been abandoned by the head admins!! Let s speak the truth shall we? Detain him for expressing his opinion? Really? What is this , a junta? @champos we all respect the efforts of all the Fiscals for keeping the game clean and clear and that 's probably one of the reasons we continue playing and participating but if your purpose is for you to be thanked, you really are doing it for the wrong reasons mate. This is a proactive discussion. We are not addressing a sanction or investigation, so there is room for individuals to offer their postulations. Thank you for doing so respectfully. The idea that champos and wilson are trying to translate is simple. These situations have been abused in the past to the extent that they are no longer viable for us to allow. The purpose of the transfer market is to agree deals purely on footballing terms within the scope of the game. This motivation is impossible to ascertain when one individual is no longer involved within the game. Though there may still be fair deals in terms of valuation, we cannot allow these to be completed in such a manner because they may reflect advantages in access to the player that may not otherwise have been possible. It is not possible for us to operate on a case by case basis, so we must error on the side that protects the general user base above the individual. I think that they make a reasonable point and there is precedence to support this standpoint. Instead of talking about it further, let's generate a solution. The manager is question is more than capable of auctioning the player from $0. This overcomes the access conjecture and makes it a legal transfer. Heck, you will probably save money on him. Does that make sense? |

That was actually explained before that the only way in such particular cases is starting an auction from zero.i believe that is logic and fair. Before the thread is closed again , let me put a note. I personally agreed with @s before and posted it that targeting a user through public forums is not the best way.We should trust @s and use the complaint mechanism as @vgates posted. However threatening a user that he is asking for an explanation regarding an issue about how to do the transfer is as Polocorni asked gives a Junta impression. We are not in the army here and i believe @ tools are not for personal satisfaction . Few users left here anyway so if we don't wish a game just betweeen few users , respect should not be omitted. I think champos was right to do so from my side, the manager was told it is against rules by a @, then goes asking people's opinions on the matter as if to try again for the transfer. Don't know why this was opened again, this thread went way off track, the thread is about who will win div 1, not who is right who is wrong and what rules there is.
