That not what i mean.Before now,after a match my scout will tell me that "your player tore eland raised his skill in the game he have gotten new skill." but now i have not seen that notification for my past six games. |

Probably, in the past they did things deserving of experience points. For forwards scoring hattrick gives a good boost. For others, i don't know. |

Come on Danny boy, you are better than that. To answer your question: The skill improvement assessment is a algorithm based on probably many factors such as goals, passes, etc. The actual composition or probability of how increase do happen can only be answered accurately by a developer. But we know they don't pass these roads anymore, so i wouldn't hold my breadth till an answer materialises. My advice, don't think too much about it, if it happens, just clap with some glee and drink a celebratory glass of water. |

The dev's have never, as long as I have been in the game, come to the forum and quantified anything about their algorithms. Nor would I expect any developer to do so. That's for each manager to discover, although searching the forum will find any number of posts - such as a hat trick for forwards develops ".xx" amount of experience. Of course, this requires time for managers to actually track their players and how they performed, as a RL football manager would. Seeing that this has been asked and answered many times in this thread alone, I close. |
