I'm currently just outside the promotion rank of my division but I got an invitation to go to the next division.. I have enough funds to upgrade my stadium to its standards but I feel that I don't have the players to compete in that division yet.. Can someone list the pros and cons on why I should move?

Pros:?
Cons: I expect a ton of losses which will impact motivation and training capabilities; drop in ticket sales when I lose

Thanks in advance

You have a good chance of getting access to the dispute being tight.
I do not see that it's a good deal you accept the offer try to get the tactics of your team.

If you decline the offer, you still won't promote to div4 next season. If you accept,it's likely you'll end up relegating back to div5 next season. Either way, you'll still be in div5 next season. I'd tell you to accept the offer. 23/01/2017 10:21

But being in Div4 when I don't have the players to compete will just make me lose motivation and eventually revenue loss from ticket sales right? I don't mind that I'm in Div5 right now as I'm contesting for promotion but my losses few in between so as not to lose too much motivation 23/01/2017 11:40

Nothing will happen to your players' motivation. You just have to upgrade your accessories to the next level. Also, your revenue will increase instead of decrease. You will earn more. 23/01/2017 13:04

my advice is dat u should accept the offer and play against tough teams then u'll knw the real strength of ur team which would help u with ur tactics. 25/01/2017 20:57

I think he is scared. Either way,he'll still end up in div5 next season. But what he doesn't know is the revenue and competition he is missing...

thats true div 5 is less copetitive. i remember when i was in div 5 i was on top of the league but now in div 4 am swimming in relegation bt div 4 was very helpful because i got to know my team real tactic and am sure it will move me out of relegation.
