 No, he cannot but train at least leadership at times. CDF above 27 years may decrease while shot-on-goal's training is on but not as fast as -0.01 per 2 months 03/03/2017 01:00

They've answered it.

He won't increase neither will he decrease in avg.
in conclusion, he won't be affected at all.
