Am a bit confused any time i see a junior player of 16-18years with 70% and above......is it by miracle or what? HOW CAN I INCREASE MY JUNIOR PLAYERS TO THAT STAGE ALSO. |

Hire a coach with good average from 89+ you can also train with GBs if necessary.. Then make a good training plan and hire a good prog and forecast players... cheers |
