I would advise you to look for a higher coach first then train him, try minimum 85% although usually you should look for at least 89% so that you can take them to 99% some day. Same goes for your junior coach. Other staff members aren't that important but you can always hire as higher as you wish because they are easier to find compared to high % coaches. |
