Depends on your Players progression. A 90% rated coach Means that the players will be trained at 90% of their full progression. In short, its all about the progression and the forecast of how high the average can go at a certain age of the players. If you have a player whose progression is 100, the coach will train him at 90% of his progression. On average, with good players, you should be able to train from 10-13 points a season.
