I think there should be a compensation for any manager that trains a loaned player very well. It can just be like this:- once you train a player for 5point, 10point upward this is what will get at the end of the season,,,this will encourage managers train any player they loaned and it will also helps the owner of the player to have a better player at the end of the Season. Hehe, as you “beg the manager or vice versa”, beg the loaner to resign the player before you loan. Don't take on loans of players with high salaries, if you can't afford them. Your reward is that you get to play them, unless you are doing a favour. If thats the case, then it is your choice. |
