the local bus is the course while the gbs is the degree. Degree adds +2 to their average while course is +1.

Have tried it several ims and each time i cliq on course it wil show 27m, i dont understand it

the 27m is the amount that would be used to train your coach with an increment of +1.
As at now,it would be advice you train your staff(coach) with golden balls(degree) instead of "course".
