 please SM
am using a formation of 5-4-1B
and before I started using the formation my players increase their skills every game,but ever since have changed from 4-4-2B to 5-4-1B my players don't get new skills,
please what's the cause?

 The formation has almost zero impact on exp. point increase. Between 2 basic formations I'd guess the difference is actually zero. 04/08/2017 16:41

am talking of skills,
before,after playing a match
I will get messages that my players raised their skills but now they don't raise there skills.
is the formation the problem or tactics or what caused it

 Players get skill cards only when they get to a certain experience point.
For strikers,scoring hat-tricks and so on boosts their experience points.(don't have an idea about mid-fielders and defenders). 		04/08/2017 21:02
