He may have been promoted too early when he is not yet ready and this will affect his progression or when he was 19, he may have spent the season in the junior squad. And remember when a payer clocks 19+ a day spent in the junior squad, -1 to his progression. Or rather still he was from a low school and have a low forecast and he may have attain is peak. |

Promotion from the junior team too early or too late can cause this. You can see for yourself he is going downhill. It doesn't matter if you think he is too young - he has reached his peak. He will never improve again. |
