Its means training your staff just like you train your player but in a different way if you are going to train your staff illd advice you to train your coach cause they are the most important figure and unless you get a 85av coach do not tend to train unless you are rich with lots of golden balls | 21/10/2017 08:02 |

You could start training from 80av in the training menu go to coach here you have 2 bars degree and course sending your coach for a degree training cost 100golden balls and will increase your coachs average by +2 while course will cost some money ingame money and will increase your coach by +1 | 21/10/2017 08:07 |
