loan recall should be brought back again,did you support this??

I think loan recall should be brought back again or What is the essence giving someone my player to train without training him, the worst part of it is i can even train him myself because am training forwards but i loan this player to him just to help him and he is not training him, the player has not even train for 5 days in this season and it is part of our agreement that he will train him throughout the season and each time i message him to remind him of his promise he won't reply me...please help me, i don't want to waste this player. http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=25973478 i think the @ didn't have the required tools for this job, the devs should please look into this and found a solution to it. This is already possible under the right circumstances. Just think of it as lesson learnt, don't loan to that manager again and next season only loan players to managers you can trust. | 21/10/2017 19:44 |

Also look through a potential trainers transfer history, see how well they trained other players, ask other people who have loaned to them for feedback on how the loan was. It's all part of the game. |

You got it right man,,,,it should be brought back,,,,i will never ask for a defender or midfielder coz i know am not training the position but but some managers are very wicked they will be training defenders and will be asking for forwards and they will be promising heaven on earth....this must stop | 23/10/2017 16:55 |

Sure, it seems harsh, but a recall would be open to just as much trouble, one way or another. There are ways you can help yourself too. For example, you can arrange a loan swap if you're in the same division. Train a different position. Subject his players to the same conditions as yours. Think of it as collateral. You can check the other guy's loan history. Did his previous loans improve any? Would you expect them to? Was it enough? Did you ask their coach %? Ask for a screenshot to verify it. Do they have a training plan? Does it sound logical to you? If not, is it because you have not understood how to train a player or because they haven't? How many times a week will your player play at full motivation? If you can't answer these questions then I'd say you run a higher risk of being disappointed. If the other manager is willing to help you answer these questions then you are on the way to a decent partnership. |

But to add to your suggestion, the recall loan should not be free when the player is receiving training, it should cost golden balls. |
