If leaving more than 18yrs players in the junior squad actually have effect or cause decline in such players progressions.. Then any 18+ players found in any junior team should be automatically sold by the system Some coach have ruined alot of players by keeping 19,20+ players in their junior rank Something need to be done |

A partial N O O O O O. If 20yrs player, it's OKay. A junior player still detained by 18 may be that the coach got a delay or want the player to improve more, before it is been promoted, for senior squad is for game, not training. 20yrs may be sold automatically, but 18-19yrs is still normal. | 07/11/2017 15:29 |

It's true that junior squad is all about training and preparing future players but leaving them up to 20yrs or more is ruining them and they will later sell such damaged player out Am a victim so I hate this |

But I hope 19yrs is still okay. What we'll fight for is that no player must be above 19yrs in jun squad. If the manager did not sort the player out till season ends, there must be automatic promotion of that player. The player must promote automatically to the senior squad. | 07/11/2017 15:41 |

What i see that those people that leave 19years+ players in the junior squad are helping the market. Cause the worth for the 80+ and 90+ will increase. When i joined the game, i see people buying 70+ for 50m, 40m, 30m and 20m. You can't buy any 70m lower than 20m. But now i have once signed a 75 average lim for 11,600,000. These people won't allow the players to progress very well, and there will be few 80+ and 90+. In the world today we have few ronaldo and messi. See man u buying lukaku for 75m. And now there are more managers, more school, and more players. So we need the people that will leave 19years+ in the junior squad. So we can know the worth of our 90+ and 80+ or we will end up buying them at 1m.
