First-team player
 have always try to resign my players when their contract is about to finish, but anytime I do this for juniors, it will write 1year(R) in the contract column,restricting me from lending or selling him unless I remove the R with 10gbs,am tired of it,how can I increase player's contract without it writing the R in the contract column?because today I renewed two players contract year's with less salary increase, so that it wont say player request higher salary, but it immediately showed 1year(R),that I can't even temporarily promote.
pls someone should pls enlighten me on how to renew player's contract without that R always. 		27/11/2017 14:08

There is nothing you can do about it.. .unless you want to use 20gbs to remove

That (R) restrict managers from hostiling your junior players

I experienced same problem when I first started this game but now the R doesn't display on any of my junior again and I didn't do anything to it
Maybe it will stop automatically
I used to resign my junior players contract anytime now without displaying R
No apparent solution, it will stop as time how's on

 It may stop when you reach certain experience points
I guess that's when mine stopped displaying but I can't say precisely

It will disappear when this season end
After a year you are free to resign any of your junior players without hindrances 		28/11/2017 10:51

you can temporary promote a player with R, you would have temporary promote the player three times, maybe that is why the temporary promote icon disappear. Temporary promote disappear only when he is a loanee or he had been promoted three times. 		29/11/2017 09:10
