They rightly replied that problem is not anything else but the management i.e. you. Basically by dismissing some teams as 'small' you are making the match lose its importance which causes the players and supporters not take that match seriously. And thats why they don't care if they lose or win for these matches. You need to speak to your team and let them know each and every match is important and set tactics accordingly. Hope this helps. |
