Can you still train him? Yes Should you? He should be in the senior team right now. When should you promote a player? When a yellow/green mark becomes visible next to their name, it means that the player is ready for a promotion. When a red coloured mark appears next to their name, It means that the time you should have promoted him at is now gone, everyday that you dont promote him, he loses a bit from his progression and forecast. He can't train again, a 19 year old player still in the senior squad till this time, once a player is 19, everyday spent in the hunuior squad is a -1 to his prog. Lets assume he have 100 prog, by now, 84 prog should have veena deducted, leaving him with 16 and am sure he was not 100 you said 70 prog, so now his prog will be at 0 and he won't be able to increase in average again. | 16/06/2018 11:33 |
