Do you think that this manager should stay in the 4th Div?

Are still giving Golden Balls to Top Scorers?? My striker was the Top Scorer of my group, and a bored manager try to steal it from me.... This is the team: ♓NEVER★SAY★NEVER and the Mánager: Onifade734 He is trying to win the Top Scorer (and Golden Balls) buying players from other leagues, he have tried with this player: http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=28181366 But I bought him during the weekend.... THEN he did it again with this one: http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=25402518 I cannot buy him, because he just buy it today....no 24h yet. Pls any admin can help me and penalize him....I thought this was ilegal!! As soon as he realize that he cannot upgrade, he sold all his important players and start losing games.... Winning top scorer in a league is not a crime It is not in the rules and regulation as illegal. Yes golden ball is still awarded to the highest goalscorer. A team gets punish if he his buying a player more than its worth Which is against rules and regulation. |

Unfortunately Gbs was not awarded My player was highest goalscorer in league. |
