It Wont Work
Don't You Think Higher Division Will Start Hostiling Weaker Managers Players When The Stronger Managers Players Are Either Hostiled, Injured Or Suspended And They Wont Be Able Replace Them Which Can Cost Them The Season And Wil Cause Upset In The Game Which May Discourage Some Weaker Managers

 i think it is okay the way it is

 i think the game will be tougher if the transfer market has seasons
managers will have to manage what they have till it opens again

but, the game will eventually become boring
