Bar Alade, i have similar problem with this junior i just promoted from my school, he is also not training [LDF] and the second ldf is training,has it also reached it's peak??? | 05/02/2019 14:17 |

Early promotion: promoting a player without seeing the p sign will cause a lot of reduction in the player prog. 3. Promoting a player too late: when the red p comes up, and the player is not promoted, a day spent in the junior team will cause a -1 to his prog. So a player with 15 average can reach his peak at that, when his prog get to 0, he is finished. |

So to know if he has reached his peak, use your golden balls to check his forecast. Or you can send the training you do order. |

Guy, that second ldf's motivation is 0, so he'll not train. You have to put him in your line-up, at ldf precisely, so his motivation will increase. Then your first ldf's motivation also is 27, he won't train faster. Put them in line-up. You'll see his motivation increase, thats when he'll train. |
