This is an idea if financial advisor can determine the income may he not determine the outcome. Truly an o'level can be better than degree holder, but lets examine this. Even if not %corruption it may happen. So that will bring about that managers will put their staffs to training, and may also fire them...... |

But I'm suggesting this, that there are possible things liable to happen. Nobody is perfect talkless of a system control. All staffs suppose to have a negative effect considering their grades. How do you expect that it should happen here with how it is in real life So far that sm can give staffs %, there must be something that'ld differentiate them from each other..... |

I understand you, but your point is not valid, they are not financial manager, they are only advisors they have no impact on your funds, they can only provide you with best offers for your billboards, sponsors etc... base on their % quality |
