In advance to this thread, I'm buttressing the point of the objector here. Please pay attention to my suggestion. Read and read again before any reaction. You can read his objection here before you continue. I'm only taking the first point there. http://en.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=510862 |

Here we are. My suggestion is that there should be a qualification; be it experience point or division grade or achievements on posts <community>. Then there should be a thread controlled by fiscals only, where managers with any of these qualifications will be posting what new or staylite managers can do on certain issue. We're only having tutorial on formation and so on. But I don't think its enough. There are other things that new managers can learn from those experienced managers that has not been given room for. Any tutorial or seminar now given by those managers will be edited by fiscals on what may not be true. Another thread will now be created where managers, either fresher or staylites will be reading it. To be continued. I'll give an example below. Please a little bit patience, I'm not yet done. |

Now an experienced manager should help a fresher! This would relief the stress of new ones to know how it works. There won't be confusion in the community over a question. The tutorial would've been combed by fiscals. Managers who wants to view these kind of lessons will now have to use golden balls, as this would make an impact on the works of devs. Or if we don't support; thats by the way. Through that new managers will love to buy gbs to know how to be successful on the game, instead of just running through and making useless impacts. I'll act as an experienced manager below to give a tutorial which will help freshers. |

BUILD YOUR TEAM DIV 6. You're a new manager here? This will help you on how to build your team<squad>. 1. Play your first match with the players you met there and make sure you win, as this would give you an achievement on 'Nationality'- to win a league match with a squad of the same country. 2. Start buying players from the lowest player on your line-up. On your line-up, your lowest player is lm, which means other 10 players are greater than your lm. You'll need to buy that first, then the next to buy is the second least on your line-up. 3. Number 2 is just necessary, may not be useful for you, so if it seems you need a gk most or forward player, buy it first. 4. Start buying players between 50% -60%. Don't aim for 80s or 70s on these conditions. i. Its/Their salary may be high, and you may not cope. ii. It/They may have reached its/their peak before you can build all other 10players, etc. Etc............ |

I'm coming to say this would enhance even development is stated on my first point in that link that experienced managers are selfish. So do you agree with me to teach and learn. All posts would be edited by fiscals in the thread where there'll be a qualification for it, then another thread where managers view it with gbs if you agree, and if not, they'll view it for free. That thread'll be one that you can't reply to. Will you share your experience with other managers? And are you also ready to learn from experienced ones? By me, I'm ready to learn.......till I'll get the qualification to also share what I'd gained from the game. Thats my suggestion since the beginning of the day. I'd be glad if this's considered a point. Whats your view on this??? B-) |

very bad idea because there are already blogs for this (free) and another the person wants to get into some good tactics he who devotes himself, do the basics and learns I got to win thrashes testing tactics and not give up the game because many they do not know how complicated this part of the game is and that is what makes SM be so good because each tactic has its own characteristic independent of being 4-4-2, 4-3-3, 3-5-2 fits the person balance it and for this she will have to dedicate herself and not wait for others to come with the complete tutorial because even to adjust the team will know what to do. bad idea because it takes the grace of the game for me and call good managers who do not share tactics or "tutorial" them of egoist is at least in my opinion too arrogant or does not know the game. greetings |

Thats why that manager in my link said experienced ones are selfish. My suggestion is not about formation at all, its what can drill new managers of what the game is. All those free blogs you're talking about-I never came across any. The game should be brought to a simple language........... Not only on formations. Its everything about striker MANAGER. |

has answers to several questions in the forum if in doubt ask or search, the interest is of the person. example I quoted the blogs and you did not even bother to search and translate (already said that they do not exist ...) as the tutorials can be improved by you miss the next by calling experienced players of egoists out of sheer arrogance at my seeing for no reason at all. |

We got your point Bar Alade. But I think that's why we have this forum (FAQ, tutorial, help section etc), all you need to know about the game is here on the forum, and you mostly need to learn how to use this important button called "search" Before asking a question, raising a suggestion or post anything, firstly check on search! It helps a lot Thanks! |
