I noticed that anytime the senior team looses a match, and their morale decreases, the junior team morale will also decrease. I'm suggesting that senior defeats should not affect the junior team. Although, junior team only have boards without game display and stats, but they also play match. Their morale suppose to decrease according to their own winning or looses. So far they don't have experience, I don't see the reason why senior looses must also affect them. If the senior looses and the junior wins, seniors' morale needs to decrease, and juniors' morale intact. Then if seniors wins and juniors looses, seniors' morale should be intact and juniors' morale should be decreased. | 23/03/2019 21:58 |

It's okay for senior team loss to be affecting junior team morale, even you, if your favourite team losses! How'd you feel? Not to talk of someone that is integral part of the team! | 24/03/2019 01:17 |

If the senior looses and the junior wins, seniors' morale needs to decrease, and juniors' morale intact. Then if seniors wins and juniors looses, seniors' morale should be intact and juniors' morale should be decreased. You know most of the players in Senior team have been in football schools since age 14 and when they turn 19, they are brought into the teams. So very few of them have any education at all. So the reason why junior team moral decreases is that the juniors know that after defeat the uneducated seniors will take out their frustration on juniors by harassing or even beating them. Because of this constant fear, the morale drops. You can control this by speaking to your senior team after defeat and telling them not to worry and try better next time. It will not cure this problem, but will hopefully reduce it over time. Hope this helps. |
