If you want to loan out your player to a team that "promise to train him".. just go to that team's transfer list and click on "loans" it will show you his loan history with avg of player at the start of the loan, you can just compare to current avg. |

Yes. U can do that but sometimes, the progression is harder to see for higher avg player. E. G. I could have loaned out a 89.45 avg player, and when he comes back, it could be 90.1. So in such case, will it be good enough? Of course it depends on a lot of factors like player progression, coach level, frequency in line up, frequency of wins, training programs, etc. At the end of the day, it is hard to judge all these based on just the loan tab, it is better for managers to add a personal account of the situation for people to know. In this way, it will serve as a deterrent for managers who promise the sky. The other thing is the experience increase is not captured in the loan. |

I definitely agree to this because there's a manager that promised me training at least 5 days a week before I loaned him but after I loaned him he stopped training my player for days and on top of that he was threatening me that he won't play my player for the rest of the season, he even had the guts to tell me he hates being disturbed and now he's saying he wishes i could get my player back that he doesn't want him anymore. I complained yo a fiscal about this but they said they could not do anything about this. If names were to be written here I believe it will scare some managers not to do such again. I will like for an @ to make this official please | 22/04/2020 18:58 |
