 Hey,

I recently devised a new Formation for my team but noticed that my one of my players didn't exactly adhere to it during multiple games. How often does this happen and how does one solve this issue?

 It's something that seems to be an issue with only this formation. I went over it like a fine comb, the line up, position with respect to ball placement, and tactics seem fine. So how do I solve this? 19/04/2020 12:21

My LF doesn't move up the pitch when someone else has the ball up the pitch. I have checked the formation multiple times, he is supposed to be in the same horizontal line as anyone with the ball, but when the ball is moving from half line to the final third, he just sits at the half-line, then starts moving when the ball is in the final third.

Example: When say my LIM is running with the ball from the half-line to the final third, my LF just sits there doing nothing on the Half Line.

Any Ideas on how to fix this?

Watch the first couple of minutes, My RF carries the ball up the pitch while my LF just sticks to the half-line.
