 Convocation to all managers

Hello managers, some Brazilian managers had the idea of ​​creating a group on Facebook, with the intention of revitalizing Striker Manager. We, like many of you, find that the number of managers is decreasing frequently. And we wouldn't want to see a game as complete as Striker collapses. We are recruiting active managers from any division, to help us attract new managers for Striker. And one of the ideas is to give tips to newbies, how to get started in the game. Most managers who start playing today, suffer from a lack of information about the game and stop playing for the first few seasons. The group will serve to assist those just starting out in the game, helping them with important tips about the game. And for those who are already experienced it will serve to meet new managers and share your ideas. Llamado a todos los gerentes

Hola gerentes, algunos gerentes brasileños tuvieron la idea de crear un grupo en Facebook, con la intención de revitalizar a Striker Manager. Nosotros, como muchos de ustedes, encontramos que el número de gerentes está disminuyendo con frecuencia. Y no nos gustaría ver un juego tan completo como Striker se derrumba. Estamos reclutando gerentes activos de cualquier división, para ayudarnos a atraer nuevos gerentes para Striker. Y una de las ideas es dar consejos a los novatos, cómo comenzar el juego. La mayoría de los gerentes que comienzan a jugar hoy, carecen de información sobre el juego y dejan de jugar durante las primeras temporadas. El grupo servirá para ayudar a aquellos que recién comienzan en el juego, ayudándoles con consejos importantes sobre el juego. Y para aquellos que ya tienen experiencia, servirá para conocer nuevos gerentes y compartir sus ideas. Olá managers, alguns gerentes brasileiros tiveram a ideia de criar um grupo no Facebook, com intenção de revitalizar o Striker Manager. Nós, assim como muitos de você, percebemos que a quantidade de managers está diminuindo frequentemente. E não gostaríamos de ver um jogo tão completo como o Striker desmoronar. Estamos recrutando managers ativos de qualquer divisão, para nos ajudar a atrair novos managers para o Striker. E uma das ideias é passar dicas para os novatos, de como iniciar no jogo. A maioria dos managers que começam a jogar atualmente, sofrem com a falta de informação sobre o jogo e param de jogar nas primeiras temporadas. O grupo servirá para auxiliar aqueles que estão começando no jogo, ajudando eles com dicas importantes sobre o jogo. E para aqueles que já são experientes servirá para conhecer novos managers e compartilhar tuas ideias.  Thats nice. but the truth is that this game has gone down the drain. not even the so-called fiscals or authority cares anymore. the structure of the game alone have made the game best managers system bot. manager come and go instantly not even with trial, but what they see and observe. Areas like result, formation, training, transfer, insecurity(cheats and hack) need a complete change. 04/06/2020 14:25

 the teams without manager is bigger than we the managers and it only keep getting bigger. the level of support to managers and team is poor. lack of communication, lack of updates as to effect positive change, silence to errors, big power to so called fiscal and only used for nothing, formation abuse and many more. enough of this. we demand a change. #getSMback 04/06/2020 14:36

 a. I'd say the devs has a lot of role to play here. when same thing is done same way over and over again ones interest will soon begin to dimish.
b. Introduce interesting features to the game and watch it bounce back stronger. This will revive the suspense and enthusiasm that once existed in the game, and More so attract and retain newbies.

 I certainly agree with you. But our idea is to get managers to recruit new managers. I believe that the main point of the game, which makes someone quit playing, is the lack of information and instructions about it.  I myself I'm doing something similar to this on WhatsApp I've gathered more than 30 managers that together we'll be starting a pvl next season which we have 3 phases (for now) and they are mostly young managers I and some other top managers have come together to ignite that flame that was once burning in this game so we start off next season and the pvl will be named the royalties we teach ourselves and give tips and also help ourselves with players on loan I know it's not much but it definitely impacted the managers and gave them something to hold on to in the game we are still looking for 4 names to complete the pvl so any managers interested should pm me.
