Hey Guys, As someone who has played this game for a while, I know that there are very few people who are good trainers of prospects that are loaned to them. If you put someone on loan, People would just keep applying for the player, the messages you receive would mostly be deals where your player wouldn't grow much. I have seen people beg, lie, edit screenshots of their coach ratings, and make promises that are never lived up to. I know that you would probably have been in my shoes too. Hence, I thought, why do the devs not create an extra indicator of someone's worthiness of getting a loan based on how they trained the prospects that they have previously received, a KPI could have been how much of the percentage of total gains that a prospect had the potential to achieve was realised. It would have added a completely new element to the game, making it more competitive and more honest. We all know that ain't gonna happen, at least not in our lifetimes. Better Ideas have come and gone without a single line of code being added. So, Why not tackle this in a way that we can. We make a collection of submissions of How many times a position would be trained and the Goalkeeper %, taking in data that showcases that managers have trained prospects beforehand, verified screenshots of coach %, Include in a sweet metrics on how much for a players potential would be achieved based on these key index and then share it with people who want to loan out players. I know this is a community project. Hence, before putting in a lot of effort in, I typed this idea out, to survey whether You as an Individual would like to participate in finding the best manager to train your player or get the best player for. Very nice idea bro but it's all about the funding how much do you think the owners of this game are making?? To my knowledge, not that much but I think it'll be best if the fiscals can create a thread where managers Could post their agreement between themselves before a loan transaction is made then if the agreement is not met they can collect their player back peacefully and put the managers name on a blacklist where other managers can check so they won't give the wrong managers their player | 27/06/2020 22:26 |

Xclopinho, I agree about the funding part, Also We already have a Striker Manager 2.0 from devs under http://e1.strikermanager.com , so that also brings in the perspective of why would you upgrade the older version yeah?
