Here i come again mate. Some of my jnr player are having 28% motivation and i they aren't in reserve. Even one is in startin line-up still he get 28% though he didn't play his original position enlight me pls |

Sub will also do - that's 80 motivation. starting line up (their exact position) - 100 plus motivation starting line up ( but not exact position. ) - below 25 motivation reserves - I think 30 motivation ( not sure though).
