down know much about training, but getting 8 hours sleep is very useful as a rested brain cn train much better. Hope this helps. |

Again - hover your mouse over different trainings and choose those which will affect player(s) in the way you want them to. If you train goalkeepers, you won't need dribbling, you'll need saves. Look at any of your players attributes, decide which kind of players you want to train and make a list of trainings which will improve them. Simple as that. Just one thing you have to have in mind - training players needs thinking in a long way. You won't get much in 1 or 2 seasons. Take young player with nice FC (not less than 85), be sure your coach is at least 90 (and upgrade him), make that player safe from hostile takeovers and pump him up. After 10 seasons (more or less) you will be able to sell him for pretty high amount, or to use him as one of your star players - your choice. |
