So there's two elements to this: 1) the message you saw from your Technical Director. You will see this whenever your main account balance is below zero (as @Oye says, in the red) at 5 AM CET every Monday morning. To avoid getting this message, make sure you have enough in your account to cover your weekly expenses minus deposit interest. Note also, if you go two full weeks (so I think therefore 3 messages from the Technical Director) without being out of the red zone for at least one day you will have your team removed. By one day, I mean there's a daily cutoff, say 8am CET, when your Technical Director will send you another message, this time saying you have managed to solve your financial situation. I believe also this is true even if your account balance has been positive during those two weeks but not at this daily cutoff time. I wouldn't pay much attention to this message unless you are in some sort of financial trouble. 2) Controlling your weekly expenses. Weekly expenses is the sum of several elements: - Factory expenses - Player wages - Staff wages - Stadium maintenance - Stadium accessories - Loan interest payments - School maintenance - factory expenses are paid daily rather than weekly and are directly linked to how much you make in your store. Factory production will only really end up making you money rather than costing you. Catering costs/risks are slightly different. As you don't do either I won't say any more. You do not have any schools or any loans, so we can remove this from the analysis. Regarding player wages, try to match your salaries to a release clause which you'd accept if it were offered as a transfer agreement negotiation (be reasonable). For example, if you are not training a player's position, or you are but the player has peaked, consider tweaking the salary until the release clause matches the similar transfers/your theoretical transfer agreement price. Example: http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=28157854 This guy is 26 years old and you are not training him. Similar players like him will transfer for 3m-8m. Having a 24m release clause is overkill. He's costing you more than he's worth. Try to reduce his salary (to around 40% of his current salary!). Sometimes they won't accept and that's that. There aren't many examples of overkill release clauses in your team. Your staff wages are high. Assuming you have maxed out your coaches (very important) these two coaches will cost you around 500k per week. Most staff don't need to be at a high level. I would aim for doctor, physio and psychologist at around 60-70%. Unless you plan on regularly scouting, I would have the other staff at the lowest level. Assuming even that your coaches are maxed (I can see they are not from your achievements profile) your non-coaching staff are costing you at least an additional 850k. The likelihood is that it's actually higher. For reference, my non-coaching staff cost me less than 300k per week. It's not a huge difference, but over a season it will make a small difference. There's little you can do about the stadium maintenance cost. The stadium accessories cost is also perfect for the division you are in. Overall, your finances are in pretty good shape. Take a look into what I mentioned here, but otherwise don't worry. Edited by @sicox86 17-06-2021 23:28 |
