 Yeah, it's much of a suggestion!

IP can't be restarted as it has its functionalities and role to be played in the game.

It's much common to have IP linked with managers you don't know at all, it happens to many managers too but in case of an impending transactions, fisc@ls do have ways of finding the balance.

So this is really not an issue.
