Beginning on lowest level and upgradable to excellent, like the other schools. The own school should be equivalent to the best schools, i.e. schools with 5 balls. That way there would be an oportunity to create players from countries that were omitted in the current school system. Like Belgium in my case. It would also give new managers the chance to get youth players without having to spend money on schools.
