Temp promotion places the Junior player in your Senior squad for 72 hours. After that they return to your Junior squad. You can do this twice per season for each Junior. I highly recommend doing it to boost training. Permanent promotion is as the name suggests, it's permanent and only advisable when the Junior player has a yellow 'P' in their 'Status' column. If it goes red you must promote them ASAP to avoid ruining the players future progression. |
