This is a user who has created multiple accounts, and admitted it. This is a clear breach of rule 1. As he admitted it I allowed him to keep an account rather than remove all (such was the level of his multiple account use). He created more and more accounts after that before creating the account which he used to write a message about me and my mother on the public forum this morning. Then he writes about me committing suicide with another new account, his 13th account in total.
This is unfortunately the level we are at with some users.

If you had no @ tool and he wrote those, could you remove him from the game ?

The user then created many more accounts over a two week period. I removed all of those, saying he already had an account.
He retaliated and wrote the messages we see here.
He has had multiple accounts removed because of breach of rule 1 rather than this awful behavior.

You asked if I had no @ tool would I have removed him from the game - of course, without the tool I couldn't remove anyone from the game. However, let's say you or another non-@ user had showed me that a user had said such words to you - they'd be gone, case closed, no argument. And never allowed to return. This may give you a small window into previous cases that got a lot of people angry. Some users throw around death threats or prejudiced language that cannot be overlooked even though you don't really want to remove them. We have a rulebook in the @ circle, written down, and actually some of the harshest punishments are given for those who abuse the game's platform with aggressive, abusive violent or prejudiced language.

Why I chose to leave it here is because, when this account is also removed, there is a bit more transparency of the why.
