 To me, it sounds like you need to check the market more frequently.

But if you can't find one at the rating you want, time to use search+ to find one(s) in youth with the progression you want.. and train them up from youth to be the rating that you want for your senior team. 		19/01/2023 21:06

 I recommend you start using Excel [or your favorite online equivalent] to plan out your player growth and player purchase and sale strategies.
These of course tie into the lineups you'll use in a particular season or part of season.
It's possible to look multiple seasons ahead so that there is nothing urgent.. 		20/01/2023 01:01
