 as a manager in league 6 is it good to have top staff, as in 4 star staff? because they really taking too much money away from me, im paying 1 million each week for them is that too much? 17/05/2011 10:01

 i am in 6th league too. My opinion is, that you dont need good scout and coach secretary at all. On the other side, coach and youth coach should be as good as possible, because they deetermine how much will your players improve.
And i dont know about financial manager, i pay him a lot, have one that has 85%, but he doesnt help you that much(you can borrow more money as a credit i think) but i dont know, if he makes any difference for new billboards for exampe(dont think that he does)

I'll elaborate on the comments for scouts and coach secretary (I'm in the 6th division, too, about to end my first season). In both cases, it's really all about if you intend to scout for new players for your junior team or use the coach secretary to search the market for Senior acquisitions. I personally have not found much use for the Coach Secretary, but a competent scout can be of use. A higher-rated scout will lead to:

a) faster searches for junior players. I had one rated ~18% who completed searches in about 2-2.5 days. My scout now is 63% and completes them in a day and a half.
b) more players in the search results. I've read this elsewhere and to be honest can't say I've noticed a difference.
