I'll just wait till the time someone hostile him and then will pay 100 bucks more and get away from loosening my player. there should be something in place thou. for youth players at least one of my youth players just signed a hostile takeover. he received $1.400 from me and he is now getting $12.100 =| i trained him for 3 years and he is 18 now with a solid 40 average. his release clause is $2.275.600, if he made it to the big leagues i could get double. now he can draft him and sell for a decent gain |

First I would like to thank the striker manager team for their efforts in improving the game and the simulator performance. Over the last season, we saw many improvements in the simulator. the graphical interface for games allowed us to adjust tactics (compared to previous seasons) as we could see not only the results but also how the team performed on the field and what are the strengths and weaknesses of our teams or opponent teams. I have one suggestion that I wish it will be there for the next season: all the system bot teams lose their competitiveness few rounds after the season starts because of their stamina and fitness going toward 0. This makes the game a bit dull especially in the second phase of the season as we are sure to win most of the games (given that often only 4 or 5 teams are actually active in a given group). Therefore, I think that the game will be more interesting if the administrators/programmers fix the fitness, psychology and stamina of system bot teams to the maximum. thanks in advance |

Maybe allow more loans? 3 is very restricting. Also, the drop in potential for players who are promoted to quickly is too drastic in some cases (92 to 49?!). Maybe instead they could make it so the motivation drops drastically (would this have the effect of the potential being reached much later than anticipated?) For the second point, if you look at real life examples, it tends to be the motivation that drops as opposed to the actual potential. There are other examples as well where the player being promoted is actually MORE motivated to reach his potential e.g. Rooney, Krul, Pato, Neymar, Thiago Alcantara etc The players I've mentioned have been playing first team football since they were 16-17 |

lets face it striker manager is the best online football manager game on the market well done but dont forget the competition is gobstoppingly awful (i expect most of u tried a few.... lol ) A) 1st and formost is the dodgy ME (match engine) - its main prob is the limited number of player stats it has to work with, only having 5 technicle skills a few physical and mentals is limiting the ME's ability to make any realistic choices during a sim. If this could be improved then by speeding up the simulation you will get a much truer to life sim. B) Then the advanced tactics could be made more user friendly, it would be nice to be able to watch our games live and make real time tactical changes and subs (timeout upto 30 secs per half per manager). C) Chatrooms are under utilised - the chat box should be shown to user at all times. It is a far more effective way for managers to learn from each other and play a more effective game, currently it seems the forums are relied on to much for game info (and there is no search function). D) training is confusing E) searching for players has been made very akward F) the way forward for this game i expect is by selling lots of golden balls and increasing manager numbers ergo increasing ad revenue, right? Now i dont know what will make people get their credit cards out so we need to ask everyone what they want. More money = a better game G) An option to challange each other to training games would be nice (these should be unlimited and not effect team in any + way just to help managers get to grips with their tactics) H) Lastly i am pleased to see the game has been aimed at infrequent users by limiting the time each manager needs to spend online per day. Football manager games that reward hardcore managers who online 20 hrs a day tend to annoy managers who have limited time available (vast majority) thanx for reading and keep up the good work |
