Haha, I had to have three goes at it, due to the funny way that it gets cropped (plus I have one of the 'standard' pics). Not entirely sure it's worked yet either! In terms of who stays for next season, I'd agree that we'd probably be replacing 4 teams. All the rest have, in order of necessity: a) a good enough team to make for very close games b) actively improving c) wit, style, swash and dare (ok, for the non-serious criteria, reverse the above  ) |

PM for discussion, and we'll pass it around to the rest. i settled for making the background transparent and putting the skull n crossbones on my demon helmet. idk if it's that noticeable in the thumbnail version of my pic, but i'm happy with the result of my persistent brainfarting. |

as for a private discussion forum, how about a google group or a yahoo group. where membership is required, and you can always kick a person out. The other thing is, if you have a co-owner/moderator, if the founder ever gets lost or dies, then no problem. you can even create a separate yahoo or google id to maintain your anonymity if you want. |
