The perfect all rounder of mordern football. You can list many if you want but we all know the truth in our mind. My top 3 list are
1. C.Ronaldo & Ronaldo 90%
2. Rooney & henry 84%
3. Messi & van persie 81%(both very weak in right foot).
4.

ronaldo doesnt play anymore so why u put him in list? lol

C. Ronaldo never heard of word "defense" - thus he's not anywhere near to be an all rounder. 15/11/2011 13:35

then your definition for "all-rounder" is weird. One has to be able to tackle to be called all-rounder in my dictionary.

An all-rounder should be someone who is great in offense, great in midfield and also great when it comes to defensive play. Not just one who can dribble and shoot well. Like someone already pointed out in this thread, Franz Beckenbaur was all that back then, today's version of him could be Schweinsteiger, Xabi Alonso or some others.

This doesn't mean they are the best players in the world right now, just means they are the most versatile and all-round players who are good or even great in all aspects of game, not limited to 1/3 of them.

If you include "diving" as part of being a rounded player, C.Ronaldo is definitely up there.
