 The yellow 'P' shows up when a Junior reaches the following average/age:
80/14
70/15
60/16
50/17
40/18
and can be promoted.

When a Junior reaches 19 the red 'P' shows and he must be promoted. 		02/03/2012 17:45

If the player reaches 19 years of age and is still not promoted, however, the "P" icon will turn red. This indicates that with each passing day on which the eligible player does not get promoted his quality, morale, etc. will suffer. 		02/03/2012 18:46
