After the countries are selected, the manager who'll represent his/her country will be selected in the following manner. 1. A thread for each nation will be created (in a random 7 div league forum). The names of top 5 average teams in both group will put in there and everybody from the respective country can vote for the manager they want to represent them. 2. You'll be allowed to vote only for your nation. 3. The thread to put up your name will be created after the mid of next season. 4. The last date to put up your name will be friday after the cup round specified. 5. The selection will be done in the weekend. 6. The teams selected will be sorted in random basis and will be informed on monday who'll be up against whom. I think that will do. Feel free to put in your comments Edited by @bluegene 14-03-2012 05:47 Edited by @bluegene 14-03-2012 05:48 thanks so much for putting so much effort in @blue, only thing i would say is that we need to sort the teams and players out a little earlier than suggested like within first month of next season so everyone does not use up their friendlies, also i think with the <60 group there should be a date set where they are checked to be under 60av so that it is not counter-productive with teams staying at 59av so they can compete in the lower tier, and after the check date they can grow as they wish. kind of like a weigh-in in boxing  |

So it's upto them to decide weather they want to play in this or play friendly. Friendlies are easily got so that's not a prob. And the date will be the date of cup round. Again their wish if they wanna get better or not. |
