to me,so far there is privilege to rename,anybody can name a player whatever number i like. Okay,what if i claimed "95" is my favourite number and that was why i named the player that number? Is that a sin? I think there should be something done to this rather than fining players unnecesarilly. So far the seller did not discuss the FCst with the buyer,if the buyer hostile a player "85" was written on it,i don't think the seller is at fault! Because he never told anybody the "85" was refering to the forcast! If you want to eradicate this, either you ban renaming of players or find other solution to this. THANKS |

hmm this like hitting someone with car n saying sorry i just wanted to test if it hurts, in general in this game in particular renaming player with numbers is done according to FC / prog. so it's seen accordingly but u always have the facility of renaming all ur players with '95' not just single player which is misleading | 14/05/2012 12:00 |

can any @ come out and fish it out wher the SM law says the Major use of renaming players is for indicating fc and prog? So far it's not in white n black,it is not proper to sanction anybody. That is it! Let the rule then go OFFICIAL that the major use of that option is to indicate fc and prog! Or else,it is not proper to Sanction anybody. | 14/05/2012 12:23 |

I'll say this once again, if you label your players as 85 then it will be presumed that it's a 85 FC or Prog player, there's no other reason to do it other than to mislead in order to con others out of money. Don't do it. This thread is specificaly about renaming your player FC 50 whem he's FC 95 etc in order to avoid being hostiled. I'm waiting for a couple more fiscals to give their opinion, but after the arguments put forward here, I don't think we should be doing it. | 14/05/2012 12:28 |

@grantis,do you want to tell me its every SM managers following this thread? This is a foundationless law! If you want to make it REAL,ask @Ranru or @RAND to send a custom message to everybody and inform them. Telling us here can't help matters because it's not everybody following this thread. It's in the rules Expositoto. Read them. 7) Intentional deceit in trade or misrepresentation of player's progression, forecast or market value is against the rules. This includes, but is not limited to: image manipulation, renaming players, misrepresenting player abilities, or grossly misrepresenting a player’s value. Misleading other players can result in immediate expulsion from the game. |
