This is LINE UP of the game i was play yesterday. http://uk.strikermanager.com/partido.php?id=8107638&accion=alineaciones Why is this happened, my team is very very good in front of him, and again I'am loser is this any bug of the game or what is happening, please any one to tell me !? |

Not sure I quite get that; but let me take a guess. You don't try to match the opponent's formation; idea is to use your own formation which is best based on the available players. No point playing a formation in which most players are out of their preferred positions; since position impacts their average and motivation. |

On this link i share one match when i lose 5-1 from one team that isn't good like mine and i am losing 5-1, i don't understand why, somebady says formation but how much is importer formation when LM plays on LM position and all other players on their position !! They are not playing as they are supposed to. You being an experienced player, fought from DIV 6 to Div 4, def know how to handle tactics and I am sure you have NOT promoted young jrs before time or taken untimely promotions yourself WITHOUT learning the basics of the game played in SM Take my advice* (not recommended by the wise) and fire all of them, built a new squad, and this time promote them even younger like when they are 10yrs (not recommended AT ALL) Disclaimer* : Sarcasm is a virtue which needs to be taken in right spirit and a little bit of intelligence needs to be used to unearth the actual hidden pearls of wisdom in a paragraph, which otherwise seems to be a useless piece of text. SPADE I hear you Lalrifa, your squad is talented and quite young (too young in my opinion). But having reached Div 4, I am sure you need not be educated in terms of formations and tactics.
