To clarify: I don't think more experience = faster experience gain, only higher in-game average and leadership value. I noticed 3-4 seasons ago that rebsiot had an RIM with similar average to mine who had gained twice the experience in the same time and had asked the devs why. They never answered, but when it was revealed that leadership increases experience faster, I saw that reb's RIM had double my guy's leadership. Mystery solved. |

this is pretty definitive: high leadership = faster experience gain for all 3 teams in different games. As far as I'm concerned, case closed. The interesting case was my RIM, whose leadership is only 35, but because he performed at 97, his gain was .09. A similar rating a few days ago (94) by my CF resulted in .11 experience gain, more like your RB. As for under- or over-performing actual average, I don't think that seems to matter, just what the absolute in-game number was. |
