Devilz is right they will be incredibly slow with 30stamina.

I know my aveage isn't curretly anywhere near yours, but have a look at what ive done with my squad. I currently have two full teams. For the league I put out my A team, for Private League I roll out the B team(and cup).

It allows me to play around 65-70 effort even with my low stamina players for every game.

Tactics is the key to the game though, the starting default formations are awful.

If you read these and spend a couple of hours working with your formation then you have a team easily capable of getting out of div4 let alone div 5.

Thanks, well the next few games i kept getting destroyed and eliminated from the Cup so that might be a good thing, and now i am just resting the players i got them pretty high up. So hopefully i can start getting them results.

I really do need to learn the ropes for tactics and formation i do use basics and i tried playing with it but yeah im not sure what to do or change :/ ill get around it at some point.

Just run your physiotherapist daily. I don't know why others haven't mentioned this. I haven't looked at your team, but if you've been losing as much as you say, you should be running your psychologist regularly too, because losing dampens players' morale, which results in lower performance.

You mean psychologist but run physiotherapist too

You mean psychologist but run physiotherapist too


No, he's having a stamina issue, right? I said it correctly. But yea, he should probably be running both.

Grantis - do those formation still apply given the updates back in the summer? That thread you linked to says it has been "bumped in light of recent updates".

I'm in division 3, and the teams are getting A LOT better, mostly through formations and tactics. I am behind in this regard, but my players are solid, so I am also looking for a bump in my formations. I obviously already use advanced formations and tactics, but I need to make them better to compete with the other teams in Div. 3.

Hmm.

EDIT: You're right. My team's already recovered from it's game today even though the staff won't be done til tomorrow afternoon.

Now I can stop wasting all that money on the physiotherapist.

however - if fitness is low, it will affect stamina amount regained.
