Hi i was using a 4-5-1 B but i will be switching to a 5-4-1 A to have a CDF since big gap at the center. |

No mate, not what i meant, if you go to formations, then you can export it. Its a realy long set of numbers and letters ending in FF. send me that. If you're switching between the basic formations, then they are all awful. If you're using my basic formations, then they arent that good, they just stop a couple of things. | 24/10/2012 19:25 |

Think about a couple of things. We'll number the boxes from left to right going up. So bottom set of boxes are 1 through to 5 from left to right, and next row up is 6 through to 10, etc. I always try to build a defense in the bottom 3 rows(not got the ball) and an attack in the top three rows(ive got the ball). Middle row, it's up to you how you build, but I tend to go for a mix, ie got the ball but still put some pressure on. Box number 1, have a think about what that ldf is defending against, he seems to be defending against someone kicking it over the back line, while the lb watches from behind, at the same time the cdf is defending against the short pass to the near post(not a bad thing), that leaves your RB covering the whole of the rest of defense. while your rdf stands on the goal line Box number 2, similar once again, lb is nowhere to be seen, ldf and rdf are defending against corners. CDF is the only player defending against attackers. You only have one box, box number 3 where anyone is attacking the ball(ie they are on top of the ball, the CDF). This game does work very similar to real football and real football tactics. It's why you're losing. Not going to do anymore. I honestly am trying to help and not attack you. Hope some constructive criticism helps. But you need to think about where you would generally place players in a real game of football. If you want me to have a look at team 2.0 after you've had a play around, mail me the formation. |

well i kinda had enough, i think this might be my last season :/... it is a shame i love this game but stats mean absolutely nothing apparently, i did all the suggestions and i still loose against weaker teams. they were all rested fully my players seemed slow, very inaccurate passes, most slides were foul... Well i tried it all ... I know that there is something wrong with the game not with me anymore, i spent a long time in doing formations and such. my stats look great before starting a game against another team but when the game plays it looks like they are all level 90 or something... just fail. |

I looked at your last 4-3 loss, Your opponent had two very fast high average forwards. You have 3 very slow CF's. I don't think you deserved to win based on who has the better players. Also what effort are you using, you seemed slow on all fronts. I normally play around 85%, although I could play nearly 100% if I wanted to, using squad rotation. |
