I have been noticing that my players are getting injured in almost every league match. Why is it so? Is anyone else experiencing this too? If any solutions, please share. THANKS AND REGARDS V.ZIN |

I lose a forward about 75% of my games. I lost six players to injury over two games recently. One theory is that forwards or mids used in attack are tackled more often. Others say using the physio helps. I'm not sold on that though. I don't think injuries are random, but I can't put my finger on the logic. Id be very surprised if tactics played a role. |

Could possibly be a combination of pitch accessory and the forwards strength attribute compared to other positions. | 12/12/2012 16:12 |

this season starting i tried same formation and players wid different tactics like first wid 100% counterattack then wid 100%short passes and so on and i was surprised to find that counterattack did give more injuries.after that i combined effort factor too wid it and found 100 effort+high counterattack showed more injuries.but about this i am not fully sure. | 12/12/2012 16:20 |

The problem is that any one of us on their own is too small a sample, it just becomes anecdotal. Like the team with 10 injured players, he could say what he has been doing and go, it's because i either do/ dont use my physio, play this tactic or that. The only one that has been confirmed by rand is low fitness will give more injuries. http://en3.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=284955 Fitness is affected by your physio and it would make sense if you're writting a football game to think physio and injuries, makes sense. But whether using him every day or not effects your injury rate, many people arent convinced by. Cellog is dead against the idea, but it may be that using a physio every day lowers your injury rate by maybe 8 percent. In which case in the swirl of randomness you may never notice it. |

Tactics. I'm surprised cuz it dznt make ny sense at all. Players are supposed to play and adapt to different tactics. If that's the logic behind then the purpose of tactics is defeated. No one will experiment with different tactics but everyone will stick to one AND ONLY ONE style. |

I used to play counter attack with medium effort. Now I switched to short passes, again with medium effort but to no avail. | 13/12/2012 05:49 |
