I have just experimented on brazil server, I had a 76 coach and after 6+m of spending I found a 80 coach then another million or so and I got a 82 coach, But when I started there I spent around 10-15m on staff roulette and the best I found was 77 average I ran out of money and had to stick with a 48 average, it's a big risk, sometimes it pays off sometimes it doesn't. |

It work all the time if you are determined. With this technique i got a youth coach of 98% a senior of 89%. In fact all my staff are 85+%, all with this technique. And i don't think i spent up to 1mil in finding them. You just to be consistent in searching. When i join Brazilain Server it took me just 2 days to find 87%youth coach, and a day to find 85% senior coach, i don't think i spent up to 1mil in finding the 2 coaches. It has been working for me, and i did not start it. |

You don't have to push your luck too hard. Remember, if the search is not yielding your expectation, give it a break and try later. You mustn't find the coach at once |

You must one of the lucky managers like me, in this server got a great junior coach on my first hiring then found a great senior coach a little later not using roulette, now I have 99's for both coaches, It is random so you need luck And whether your determined or not I don't think the codes recognise determination but I could be wrong Edited by eamwilson 29-12-2012 15:37 |

I did staff roulette on Brazil a few weeks ago and ended up with a 92 and an 89 for about 2 million. That was the first time I'd ever really spent any money on staff. It's entirely luck. On this server I just checked whenever I could and eventually ended up with good enough coaches, but that took some dedication. |

(Why does the edit button keep disappearing) I meant to say that the only reason I did roulette on Brazil was because i'm not on there enough. If you're on the game enough I'd just keep checking the coaches and grab what looks good. But if you have low cash I wouldn't do roulette because you can be out a lot of cash. | 29/12/2012 15:54 |
